香港教育大學「看STEAM動畫 · 讀故事 · 學語文」項目,以活潑生動的動畫來呈現十位科學家的故事,融合了STEAM與中文的學習元素,爲教師提供更多元化的教學材料,從而提升學生對閱讀和科學探究的興趣。

項目由現代教育研究社製作動畫、商業電台參與粵語配音。動畫系列共有十輯,每輯動畫均配以粵語、普通話及英語旁白,並提供參考教案、工作紙、中文字卡、小冊子等輔助教學材料,方便教師以輕鬆有趣的方式教授語文和科學知識,增進學生的閱讀和認讀能力。教案中的各種探索活動,可訓練學生的邏輯思維、解難和創造力等,讓學生從實踐中培養科學探究的精神和良好品德。

The project, “Animated STEAM Stories for Chinese Learning”, is conducted by The Education University of Hong Kong. It aims to provide a learning package that includes animations of ten scientists' anecdotes and follow-up learning materials for children's Chinese reading development. The package provides diversified instructional materials to teachers and parents to help increase students' interest in reading and scientific inquiry.

The animations are produced by the Modern Educational Research Society, Ltd., and voiced-over by Commercial Radio Hong Kong (CRHK). Narration is available in Cantonese, Putonghua and English for all ten episodes, each of which is complemented by instructional materials, worksheets, learning activity booklets and teaching aids. The lesson plans present various exploratory activities, aiming to help students develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills and positive values.
